CBL Policies
Guest Experience – CBL kindly requests that all cell phones be kept on silent and all phone conversations be conducted quietly in all service areas. Your child’s safety is very important to CBL; we ask that an adult supervise your child at all times.
Waxing – CBL provides a consultation prior to all waxing services. Pleaser advise your service provider if you have sensitive skin, have ever experienced irritation or tearing of the skin, the date of your last wax service, using Retin A or Glycolic products that would make your skin more sensitive or sensitized. For your safety and comfort your service provider may request a service release form be signed prior to receiving a service.
Refunds / Exchanges – Product purchases that are unopened and in re-sellable condition may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Returns made after 7 days with proof of purchase will be given a store credit only. All sales are final after 30 days of purchase. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept opened or used product returns of the following items: Hair, Make-up Brushes, Hair Brushes and Combs, Hair Accessories, Skin Care Products and Nail Care Products.
Personal Belongings – CBL will not be liable for any guest’s personal belongings that are lost, damaged or broken. Clients are responsible for all merchandise and property of CBL.
Service Guarantee Pricing – We guarantee all of our services to meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please speak with a manager to schedule a complimentary redo within 48 hours. All prices are schedule to change without notice. Some services require additional product and a product fee will apply. Extended services 3 hours or longer require a deposit. Travel fee applied to all on location services.
Gift Cards – Available in any denomination. Gift Cards expire two years from date of purchase and are non-refundable, transferable, or replaceable.
CBL Cancellations – Credit card information is required for parties of four or more and 3+ hour appointments. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to appointment or a fee of 30% of service prices will be charged to card.
